Returns & Refunds Policy

As all our products are custom printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at thebrownbananas@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After this time, production will have begun and cancellations may not be possible.

Lost Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate with our fulfilment partner.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
